Warranty Request

At SWP Custom Homes, we take pride in the quality and durability of the homes we build. Upon closing, we provide a one-year limited warranty in line with the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines from the National Association of Homebuilders. If you encounter any issues covered under the warranty during your first year of ownership, simply complete the form below to notify us. Please note that normal maintenance items, such as paint touch-ups, caulking, and landscaping, are not included in the warranty coverage.
